Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our company and drive the development of innovative solutions that meet our business needs. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our stakeholders and the technical team, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure that our IT projects align with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in managing complex projects in the technology sector.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications for IT projects.
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to identify business needs, opportunities for improvement, and potential solutions.
  • Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create and present reports, dashboards, and other documentation to communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Analytical Skills: Analyze data & business processes to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
  • Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, documenting and translating business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications which includes flowcharts, and diagrams.
  • Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, presenting findings, and creating documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify recurrent issues, develop solutions, and implement changes oftenly.
  • Project Management: Understanding of methodologies & practices like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Proficiency in creating clear and detailed documentation, including business cases, requirements documents, and project reports.
  • Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis tools & techniques, including Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, project scopes, and technologies.
