Job Summary :

Antsglobe Technologies is looking for an experienced and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC strategies, audience targeting, and performance optimization to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaigns for performance, conversions, and ROI
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate detailed reports
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns
  • Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and algorithm updates
  • Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns

  • Budget management & bid strategies
  • Good-to-Have: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, CRM integration
  • Soft Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setup
