Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our team and help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective strategies to find the right candidates for various technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful recruiting.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for IT positions, using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define techical, non-technical job requirements & descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews & assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience & cultural fit.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, programming languages, and technologies to effectively assess technical skills and match candidates with appropriate roles.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate job requirements and expectations to potential candidates.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to create a positive candidate experience and represent the company’s culture effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously to meet hiring deadlines.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating job offers, including salary packages and benefits, to secure top talent.
  • Proficiency with Recruitment Tools: Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
