Job Summary :

We are looking for motivated, experienced, and result-driven sales managers for different locations in India. Sales Manager will be in charge of managing organizational sales by managing and tracking sales goals of team members, setting individual sales targets, helping team members to reach sales targets, overseeing the activities and performance of sales team, meeting planned sales goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
  • Develop individual weekly planners for himself and for team members and assign districts/cities/areas for team members.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a diverse audience, including clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales and negotiation skills: Expertise in closing deals, negotiating contracts, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess sales performance and strategize improvements.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Networking skills: Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
