2. Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as if a service cannot be delivered as per the agreed terms due to unforeseen technical issues or other valid reasons. Any refund will be processed after a thorough review and verification by our team. Note that fees for partially completed projects or services already rendered are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after work has commenced may incur charges for the work completed until the cancellation request date. Some services, such as subscriptions or third-party integrations, may not be eligible for cancellation once initiated.
