1. Pricing

All prices for our services are clearly mentioned on the respective service pages or in the proposals shared with our clients. Pricing is determined based on the scope of the project, customization requirements, and additional services requested. Antsglobe Technologies reserves the right to update pricing at its discretion, and such changes will be communicated to clients before implementation.

Each project is unique and may require specific resources, tools, or integrations. Therefore, any modification or enhancement requested after project initiation may affect the overall cost and timeline. Clients will be informed in advance of any such revisions for approval.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as if a service cannot be delivered as per the agreed terms due to unforeseen technical issues or other valid reasons. Any refund will be processed after a thorough review and verification by our team. Note that fees for partially completed projects or services already rendered are non-refundable. Domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or subscription-based expenses are non-refundable once initiated. All refund claims must be raised in writing within 7 working days of project initiation or payment. The final decision regarding any refund will rest solely with Antsglobe Technologies.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services by providing written notice via email to [email protected]. Cancellations made after work has commenced may incur charges for the work completed until the cancellation request date. Some services, such as subscriptions or third-party integrations, or software licensing, may not be eligible for cancellation once initiated. Any advance payments made toward project setup or initial development phases are non-refundable. Cancellations communicated after project completion or delivery will not be entertained.

4. Action Required: Shipping, Refunds, and Cancellation

Since Antsglobe Technologies offers digital services only, there is no physical shipping involved. All project deliverables — including website files, software, and digital assets — are provided electronically or uploaded to the client’s designated platform upon project completion. Clients are required to review and acknowledge our Refund and Cancellation policies before initiating any service request. Refunds will be processed strictly in accordance with the conditions mentioned in Section 2. Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] before the project reaches an irreversible development stage. Any disputes related to payments, cancellations, or refunds must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction or service initiation date for prompt resolution. By proceeding with any transaction or project engagement, clients acknowledge and accept the above terms and confirm that Antsglobe Technologies shall not be held liable for any loss, delay, or inconvenience resulting from the client’s failure to comply with these policies.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting a quotation, or engaging in any service agreement, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Antsglobe Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and the latest version will always be available on our website.
